We consider this process an extremely vital. The conceptualization of the product is done in perfect collaboration with designers & customers. Sampling needs are met by specialized section in each division to meet the requirements well in time. Since all the processing is done in our own premises, the styles / designs are protected. Sample requests can be met within two to three weeks of receipt.

There are also 20 Flat knit machines from Japan and Taiwan which can handle collars & cuffs with Jacquard, Birdseye etc., Trims knitted in these machines will be of superior quality with its consistency maintained.
This department consists of soft flow machines, Jet-dyeing, Winches and washing drums. This handles different operations like double dyeing for blended fabrics and various types of washing techniques like stone wash, silicon was and sand wash etc., This unit is capable of processing 3000 Kgs – 4000 Kgs / day. All the processed fabrics are compacted in our “Fabcon” machine that has been recently imported from USA. These people are the pioneers in shrinkage control technology. Fabric finished in this machine has a superior finish with its stability maintained. This machine together can handle can approximately 6,000 kgs of fabric every day.
We have 6 factories with a total of about 600 machines. This consists of overlocks, Flatlocks, Single needle machines, Button & Buttonhole machines, Placket & pocket fusing machines, Scalloping and Picoting machines. Our total capacity is 300,000 pcs / month for a basic style. All our factories are approved by reputed agencies for various compliance requirements.
Embroidery department consists of 24 no’s of latest multi-head computerized embroidery machines from ‘BARUDAN’ (JAPAN). We also have the world’s fastest machine (1200 rpm), which is first in the country. These machines can handle applique, sequins and chenille requirements. Approximate capacity is 20,000 pcs / day. The sampling and punching of these embroidery designs are done with our own facility. This ensures that the customer’s requirements are met in time and designs are well protected.
This department consists of 2 no’s of fully computerized “MHM” piece printing machines from Austria and eight semi-automatic panel printing machines. It also contains four flatbed printing tables, transfer fusing presses, plastisol, reactive and discharge printing facilities. Rotary printing is also available and the prints are done both on Rotary and Flatbed process. This unit can altogether handle about 3000 kgs / 10,000 pcs per day. This also consists of one unit of label printing machine from Hong Kong that can print about 50,000 labels per day with a maximum of 5 colours.
